
Geralda Aldajuste graduated from College of St. Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ, with a B.A. in Psychology and later graduated from American Academy McCallister Institute of Funeral Services with a degree in Mortuary Science. She also graduated from Drew University Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity Degree (MDiv). While at Drew, she became part of the Shalom Initiative, an asset-based multicultural, multifaith community development organizational training.

In 2015 she joined Mercer County Community College as an adjunct professor teaching Funeral Service Counseling. In 2016 she joined the full-time faculty in the Funeral Service Program as the Assistant Professor of the Funeral Service Program.
Geralda is not only a professor or a Licensed Funeral Director licensed in both NY & NJ, but she is also a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Notary Public, Life Insurance Agent, and the Pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Willingboro, NJ. She is also a former Hospice Volunteer, Clinical Pastoral Education Chaplain (CPE), Medical Death Investigator, and Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Bereavement Counselor. In March of 2019, she completed certification as a Life coach from P4 Coaching Institute.

As a life coach, a grief, financial, and end of life specialist, she enjoys educating struggling individuals and empowering them to develop a plan that allows them to harness the tools and resources they need in order to grasp their inner values and release power from their lowest point in life to their highest peak of recovery.
Geralda loves children and believes in the importance of social justice, as such, she serves on the board of directors for Haiti Hope House, a non-profit organization inspired by Rev. Franck Aguilh. Haiti Hope House operates in Mizak, Haiti, and seeks opportunities to educate, equip and provide hope for Haitian children. In addition, Geralda serves on the board of directors for Faith in NJ, a growing multi-faith and multi-racial network of faith leaders and faith communities working together to advance a social and economic justice agenda at the Local, State, and Federal level.
A leader in her community, Geralda recently joined the NAACP Willingboro Chapter, the NAACP Delaware Valley Chapter, and the Continentals Societies, Inc, the South Jersey Chapter, an organization that fosters, promotes, and develops the welfare of underprivileged children and youth.
